Now is a comfortable, unusual cottage surrounded by a flourished garden. Perfect to host groups of friends and families and to feel at home. It's also an ideal place to organise country happenings (small parties or meetings). It has got 10 double bedrooms (with 8 en-suite bathrooms with shower), a studio, and a triple room; rooms have all view on the flourished garden, characteristic country style wood and iron furnitures (night tables, dresser and armchair, but also windows and shutters) cotton fabric sofas and curtains, a comfortable and large double living room (high ceiling with wood beams and cotto tiles) open on the garden thanks to 4 french windows and paved and shady verandas. Kitchens are 2: The larger (of Stalla grande) is well equipped and characteristic, with 2 windows and a cover veranda. the smaller (of Stalla piccola) is open on the west garden and very useful to reach the wood oven area and the smaller apartment. As already mentioned, "Stalla" cottage can be divided into 2 apartments ( Stalla 15px + Stalla piccola 7px) facing the pool and the garden. "CASALE ANTICO" (7px) is an ancient restored cottage, faces a quiet landscape of woods and hills. The apartment is at the first floor, with a bright living room with fireplace, a cozy well equipped kitchen, 3 charming and sober double rooms, 3bathrooms. On the ground floor (100 sqm) two large spaces have been made out of the old building, recovering the brick vaults, the stone arches and of the mangers. This empty and suggestive hall, as well as the Stalla grande living room are suitable for country happenings. Catering services are available upon request. From 2017 there is internet connection. A supermarket, a pharmacy and a newsagent's are 900m far as well as a drinks shop. Not too far away, you may visit many charming little towns of the region “La Tuscia”, its natural beauties, such as the lakes (Bracciano, Vico and Martignano) or the thermal baths/hotsprings ("San Sisto" in Vetralla, “Stigliano” and “Terme dei Papi” in Viterbo). You may also play golf at Golf Club “Le Querce”. You can go horse riding in a beautiful and wide estate close by (San'Elia) where you can discover paths close to Vico's Lake.
