This 4 bedroom village house which can sleep 10, was renovated using traditional building materials like wood and sand bricks. A well of light is at the heart of the house and provides light and warmth. The house is our home when in France so it is much more than your usual holiday house. The village is a haven of peace and yet it is located at the crossroads of major tourist routes, particularly if you are a keen nature lover or if great wars interest you. The unique features of this house are abundant light, large spaces and its exceptional location. You will stay in a quiet village, guaranteed of restful nights and, at the same time, you are ideally located between Verdun and Bastogne (for the great wars), Luxembourg (a city which is worth the detour for its architecture and its mixture of modernity and greenery), Stenay (just a few minutes away, and renowned for its European beer museum) and Montmedy with its breathtaking citadel fortified by Vauban. We will provide you with a complete guide with details regarding what to see, what to do and where to eat in the area. You will have access to the entire house: entrance with separate WC, utility room with washing machine, large living room, dining room with a wooden fire, open plan kitchen, French windows to a secluded garden, 4 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms (one with a second toilet). Just remember to let us know should this be the case. The rooms are rented without sheets. However, beds can be prepared for you and you need not bring anything.
