Cozy apartment in the countryside

Nice bright 2 room apartment with private bathroom + entrance. Max. 3 persons! Equipment: TV, WiFi, coffee maker, water heater, microwave, fridge, double hotplate, cooking accessories + cutlery, minibar, bed linen + towels. (Coffee / tea available). Accessories for washing dishes are available in the bathroom. Washer + dryer on request. Price per night with an occupancy of up to 2 people. Per additional person I charge 7 € per night. Baby bed on request. The spacious living/dining room with comfortable couch has been completely renovated and equipped with a small kitchenette and dining area. The separate bedroom offers a double bed and a large closet and a desk. If desired, another guest can stay on the couch or an additional mattress in the living room. The apartment is completely separated from the other accommodation units by its own entrance. For small children a baby crib is available (I ask for info on this in advance). We also offer e-bike rental. Only upon prior request. We have an E mountain bike and an E trekking bike. Price per bike / day: € 10. We also rent kayaks for tours on the Neckar. Price per kayak / day: € 10. Washing machine and dryer in the basement can be used on request. Very quiet location in the Neckar Valley, yet easy access to all surrounding cities. Bus and train connection in town Bieringen is a suburb of the episcopal city of Rottenburg am Neckar, which offers some sights such as the cathedral and the Weggental pilgrimage church. Not far from the apartment is the beautiful Neckar valley bike path. There are plenty cycling and hiking trails throughout the Neckar Valley. Weitenburg Castle, the Sulzau golf course and Hohenzollern Castle are in the immediate vicinity. Canoe tours on the Neckar can be booked in Bieringen. The university town of Tübingen is 20 km away. The city can be reached in a few minutes through the train station in Bieringen. It is a about 45 minutes ride to Stuttgart. Excursions to the Black Forest or Lake Constance are also possible from here. Bieringen has a good restaurant to stop off at. Likewise a bakery, a doctor and small shops. Fast connection to Stuttgart, Tübingen, Böblingen, Horb and Reutlingen. Ideal for two people, our guest room offers all possibilities of stay. It is about 18 minutes by train to Tübingen center.
