Breathtaking Beachfront Condo w/Elevator, Pool

Come bliss out on the beach in this beautiful 2nd floor oceanfront condo. Enjoy stunning views from the oversized beachfront balcony. The grounds have tropical landscaping, a 66 ft beachfront swimming pool and jacuzzi. We want to make your stay as relaxing and enjoyable as possible and can arrange for airport pickup, cleaning and cooking services, babysitting, at-home spa services (massages, facials, nails, etc), and recreational activities like horseback riding and surfing. This 2nd floor condo is very well-equipped with quality appliances and creature comforts like whole house water filtration system, AC, washer/dryer, and dishwasher. (You can even toss your toilet paper in the toilet instead of in the trash can like most places). You have private access to the condo unit and shared access to all common areas. The common areas include the swimming pool and jacuzzi, bocce ball court, garden pathways, beach access, and parking. Both my house and real estate offices are located onsite and I am usually here to greet you upon your arrival, get you oriented, and will be available to assist you throughout your stay. San Clemente is a small, friendly town and there are stores, coffee shop, bars, and restaurants all within walking distance. We even have trucks that stop by during the week to sell their seafood, fruits, veggies, and fresh eggs. San Clemente is a small town so most places can be accessed by walking or riding a bike. There are also little mototaxis that are available to take you wherever you need to go locally. Nearby cities of Portoviejo, Manta, and Bahia can be accessed easily using local buses or taxis. I am also happy to arrange rides for you with drivers that we've known for years. There is a smart TV in the living room that is connected to the wifi for you to use with Netflix or any streaming device you may wish to bring. Chromecast is already set up for you to use if you wish. There is no Direct TV or cable.
