Windy Ridge Cottages, Chicken Coop

On the outskirts of the Village of Tetney in the heart of Lincolnshire. Here at Windy Ridge we offer a very comfortable self catering Studio Cottage called "The Chicken Coop" it has been created by the sympathetic conversion of a traditional old farm building, set in 5 acres of grounds, including our own private Fishing lakes and a 5 pitch campsite. If you wish to bring your pet (one dog or 2 if they are small dogs) there will be a £20 Cleaning Charge Electric is metered by way of £1 & £2 coins Bright, open plan studio cottage with a King Size Bed. In a rural location with plenty of cycling and Dog walking places. Free Tea, Coffee Milk & Pastry on arrival. We have free range Chickens, Guinea Fowl, Geese and Ducks roaming around the grounds and you can buy our Free Range Chicken & Quail Eggs from our Egg Hut. Guests are welcome to stroll around the Lakes or just relax & enjoy their stay. Smoking is allowed outside of the Cottage and an Ashtray is provided Guests are welcome to wonder around the Lakes My Husband & I live on site and you will see us around the site and are here if you need anything. We are 4 miles from Cleethorpes Beautiful Beaches and only 20 mins from Cadwell Park Race Course. Close to the Lincolnshire Wolds where you can enjoy some lovely walks and cycle routes or a bit further afield takes you to the Seaside resorts of Mablethorpe and Skegness Guests have their own Parking space next to the Cottage. You will need a car or Bicycle to get around as we are in a rural location at the end of a 3/4 mile lane Smoking is allowed outside the property, ashtray is provided. We have a 5 Touring Caravan / Motor Home campsite on the grounds Well behaved house trained dogs are welcome but we do charge an extra £20 per stay due to the extra cleaning. Dogs are not allowed on any of the furniture so please bring your own dog bed/blanket/basket. A hose is available next to the Campsite showers for when your dog gets muddy. Please clear up after your dog and place in the doggy bin provided. Pets must NOT be left alone inside the cottage for any reason and they must be kept under control and on a lead at all times "No Exceptions" The owners reserve the right to terminate your stay if the behavior of your pet is considered unacceptable i.e constant barking, aggressive behavior. If your pet causes damage you are responsible to the owners for the replacement or repair. Candles or any such naked flames are not permitted in the Cottage. On departure please clean dirty dishes.
