The 50m² apartment consists of a living room, a well-equipped kitchen with dishwasher, 2 bedrooms and an exclusive bathroom with a Murano glass sink and shower cabin with integrated steam sauna. Thus, the apartment accommodates 6 people. Other amenities include Wi-Fi, a washing machine in the common room (use for a small extra charge), a safe, and a flat-screen TV. The beautiful private outdoor area has a 40 m² garden and a covered terrace with its own Finnish sauna, where you can relax while looking at the magnificent panorama. From the apartment you can reach a supermarket, pharmacy, bakery, restaurants and the bus station (800m-1km) in about 10 minutes walk. The nearest village ski lift is just a 3-minute drive away (1.3km), and several great ski areas, including the Obereggen and Carezza ski resorts, can be reached within 15-25 minutes by car from the apartment. In summer, the area also offers many opportunities for hiking and cycling, and South Tyrol's charming capital Bolzano (Bozen) can be visited after a 30-minute drive (27 km).
