Idyll vid Helgasjön/Spacious place by the lake

Stavik is the perfect and a lovely "home away from home" Its very private and has a nice lakeview. A great place to stay for a getaway holiday! You will love the peaceful area and the relaxing atmosphere, only 150 m from the lake. The accommodation is suitable for couples and families. Lovely forest around the corner and several other lakes nearb in the beautiful area. The accomodation has a private location with a huge garden and a spacious veranda facing the sun in the afternoon. The house has everything you would possibly need. Downstairs, upstairs and a fully equipped kitchen with a diningroom. The open-plan lounge has a large TV, two cozy loungechairs and fireplace. On the patio there are two outside tables, chairs and a BBQ. This is your own space too and the house is surrounded by a very big garden. On the other end of the house, there is a glassed outdoor room (in case of a rainy day) with a lakeview too. Here you can relax in comfortable furniture. There is a canoe for you to use and if you like, we can arrange a boat to rent if you like to go fishing. The house is all yours and also full access to the big garden. Owners stay next door in a studio on the property. Guests have access to parking next to the house. There is some maintenance of garden and greenhouse by the host. Only three summerhouses in the area. It is 6 km to Rottne, the nearest village with ICA supermarket, Pharmacy, Pizzeria/restaurant and a Gasstation. The city of Växjö/Smaland Airport is 20-30 min drive away. Two cats are living at the house.
