We are able to offer a unique combination of en suite accommodation on a Room Only basis and whilst you are still able to enjoy the services associated with a more traditional hotel or guest house. You have lounge areas with comfy sofas, TVs, dining areas with fully equipped kitchens. The guest kitchens generally have an oven, hob, extraction, fridge, microwave etc so you can prepare your own meals to dine in, eat on the go or simply enjoy in bed. Fluffy towels & complimentary toiletries also await - all to try and make your stay more enjoyable! Quiet time 9pm-9am We have a minimum 26 year old lead guest policy. The Security Deposit should be paid by bank transfer before arrival and will be returned within 7 days after checking out. If you cause any damage to the property or Smoke on the premises you will lose your security deposit. If you misplace the keys you will also have to pay a £50 to replace them.
