The two apartments have been renovated with special attention to minimize energy consumption and hot water and electricity are provided by solar panels. In front of the two apartments, Mauro's small cellar will be happy to show you around the cellar and the vineyard and let you taste its products (wine, oil and olives) and the typical products of the area. You can take advantage of the sea which is 5 minutes away by car (if you love quiet and wild beaches) or 10-15 minutes if you prefer the dynamism of the Adriatic coast. If you wish, Mauro gives you the opportunity to go on boat trips with him and his sailboat.
