Character abounds throughout with fireplaces, sash windows & roll top bath. The enclosed parisian style courtyard provides a safe and sheltered sun trap for dining and relaxing and extends off the beautiful kitchen and living areas. All in the eclectic Whitley Bay with award winning beaches, independent cafes, shops and restaurants. The location is also perfect for exploring the wonderful Northumberland countryside where you can visit Bamburgh and Warkworth Castle or go walking in the beautiful Cheviot Hills. You have easy access in to Tynemouth and Newcastle city centre with the metro located just 5 minutes walk from the house. The beach and Iconic Spanish city is within 10 minutes walk. You will have access to the entire house. We live locally and will be on hand should you need anything during your stay. Whitley Bay is going through massive regeneration and our property is located 5 minutes walk from Park View which offers an abundance of local independent shops, cafe and bars. We love our area and will leave suggestions for the best spots to explore our local area so you can enjoy the welcoming north east. We have parking outside the property and will give you a permit on arrival. Our house is located 5 minutes walk from Whitley Bay Metro station where you can travel to Newcastle Upon Tyne city centre (25 mins approx) & Newcastle International Airport (40 mins approx). You have the best coastal walks on your doorstep to explore Whitley, Bay, Cullercoats and Tynemouth. Parking permit can be provided upon request all we ask is this is returned on departure for future guests use.
