Summer house at the lakeside with private pier

The cozy wooden house in the northern east of Poland is the ideal place to get fresh energy. The large garden with a free beautiful view on the lake Blizno, its own access to the lake and pier is great for relaxing, having a barbecue, swimming. .The house has an open kitchen. You can eat with up to 8 persons on the veranda, enjoy the great view of the lake. The spot is great for any trips into nature, to the woods or surroundings, by foot, bike or boat / kayak. Start your trip to the surroundings directly at the house. On a walk into the woods you will find berries and mushrooms. Go by bike through the spend fields, or enjoy a trip by kayak or sailing boat, you will find activities for everyone. Also, for children there are various attractions within 20 km, such as boat tours, a rope park, water skiing, a recreation place with a horse, playground and game stuff, an aquapark and a narrow gauge railway. If you prefer to pause any cooking activities, you should try the close "Bar Ateny". It offers traditional eastern Polish kitchen (also for take away, have your meal on the veranda). Ou tip: Try the home made blueberry pierogi with sour cream!) I am looking forward to share this lovable piece of earth with you! You can use the complete house with the garden, pier and parking on your own. Usually, I welcome our guests personally in our house and stay in the neighbourhood in our second house ca. 100m away. for most of the time. Therefore, I can assist with any questions and help during your stay. The summer house is in the northern east of Poland close to the Lithuania, between the cities Suwałki and Augustów in an area with plenty of lakes and beautiful nature. The area is calles "Podlasie" (Podlachia) and is to the east of Masuria. The house is located on the northern side of the lake "Blizno" in the village Walne. It has its own access to the lake. It has only 3 house in the close neighborhood at the lakeside. At the other side of the lake, there are only woods and no houses. It is very quiet and peaceful. Activities: There are lots of activity options within 20 km of the house: - Walking and hiking - Biking (we can help you to rent a bike, which would be brought to the house) - Kayak rental in Ateny, also organized day trips on a small river in the near - Water skiing in Augustów - Swimming pool in Augustów - Visiting the National Parc Wigry - Rope Park in Augustów - Boat and Gondola trips in Augustów - Cultural spots around Wigry and much more Especially with children: - Sand beach in Ateny and Danowskie - Trip with narrow gauge railway in Płociczno - Recreational place with pony, playground and games in Augustów - Aquapark with sauna and spa in Suwałki Next Airport: Warsaw, 275 km Next Train Station: 20 km It is recommended to come by car. Safe parking on the premises of the house is possible. The next bus station is 7 km away in Nowinka. If necessary, we can organize a private transfer from Augustów. We would discuss the cost individually. You can shop everyday necessities by foot or bike in Ateny, 2.5 km away. There you will also find a beach restaurant. Also in the village Danowskie there are two other restaurants at the lake. Bed linen and towels: included in the price (one set per person for the stay). Electricity: Will be charged according to the usage (heating is electric) We will check upon your arrival and checkout the counter together, so you can pay for the used electricity. To make sure, the lawn stays as beautiful, we kindly ask for a reasonable use of it. To make sure the garden is always nice, we will arrange with you a time when we can mow the lawn (e. g. if you will enjoy a trip, to avoid disturbing). Our house does offer a mobile router with a mobile WiFi.
