Welcome! Our bright and cozy apartment for 2 people is located in a quiet location in the "Schmellwitz" district of the city of Cottbus. In addition to the 40m² living and dining area, a 20m² bedroom, there is also a bathroom including a bathtub. The apartment is reached via a separate entrance. In the immediate vicinity you will find supermarkets, a bakery and a butcher. The center of the city and the university are both approx. 2 km away. Our apartment is equipped with a bed (180 x 200), a large kitchen table, TV in the living room and bedroom, chest of drawers and a kitchen with sink, refrigerator, stove, oven, microwave, coffee maker and kettle, as well as sufficient kitchen accessories. WiFi, towels, hair dryer and bed linen are included. You live in an apartment with a separate entrance in the outbuilding, which you have all to yourself! Free parking spaces are available in front of the property. Very quiet location in the second row. You are of course welcome to smoke outside, but it is not desirable in the apartment. On the property there is a small, cuddly female Bolonka-Zwetna dog (5kg) who goes by the name Lisa.
