A big fully equipped home with a spacious lovely garden on the outskirts of a quiet village, right next to the forest and pasture with horeses and sheeps. Ideal for 8 people, but can accomodate 14. House is located in heart of Czech Republic, so it is perfect place for trips around or trips and plenty of activities. Ground Floor: Fully equipped kitchen (stove, oven, fridge with freezer, microwave, dishwasher, kettle, toaster and breadmaker. Dining table for up to 8 people, wood-burning stove. The kitchen adjoins the living room with a TV. From living room you entry to the terrace and garden with fireplace area. There is also WC on this floor. First floor: There are 4 large bedrooms with enough beds as well as 2 bathrooms with a shower and floor heating and one WC. There is wi-fi connection in the house. Heat is provided by electricity and in the winter, it is also romantic and cosy to make fire in wood-burning stove. The house has a covered veranda with comfortable seating. The lockable garage will house up to 10 bicycles. There is parking room in front the house or you can lock your cars safely in the garden. Christmas and New Year’s Eve bonus! – The house will be decorated during Christmas holidays. Christmas tree on request. Best way is comming by your car. Bus stop is in the village in the main road – Květnov. You can get to Jihlava or Havlíčkův Brod by bus or train and then I might pick you up if needed. I respect the privacy of my guests, I will be available to you upon arrival and departure. Throughout your stay I am ready to consult any question or problem on the phone or provide support when stayng home (next door). Guestbook with several tips for trips, restaurants and entertainment (fishing, horses, skiing - downhill and crosscountry, swimming) as well as futher guidelines for the house is prepared in the kitchen. The house stands on the outskirts of a quiet village, with no traffic. The road ends at the house and a dirt road leads to the the forest. Families with children are welcome, as are pets. There are no shops or restaurants in the village, the closest shop is 6km away, in Havlíčkův Brod city. There is lovely fishing restaurant “Hubertka” about 1,5 km 10 mins walk). For swimming you can use inflatable pool in the garden or you can refresh yourself under a spout in the garden. Other opportunities can be found in Havlíčkův Brod (6 km away). Jihlava, 15km away, is a regional centre with a zoo, water fun park, historical sites and old underground passages, the house of Gustav Mahler and other interesting places. We can also arrange horse trip for your groupe, it is very close from the house - on request. Best way is comming by your car. Bus stop is in the village in the main road – Květnov. We ask our guests to only use the ash tray on the veranda and consequently the bin to dispose of cigarette butts. We try to be conscious of the environment, therefore we ask our guests to not waste electricity. As we have wastewater treatment plant, we kindly ask: do not pour oil stuff into the sink or toilette, leave it in one glass and we will take care of it. In “Velín” room you can find washing machine. I have a cat called Zoe, she is non problematic pet.
