The NO SMOKING apartment is (according to Wohnflächenverordnung and because of the sloping roof) "only" 42 square meters, but seems much larger. It has 2 rooms on the 2nd floor. OG of the apartment house, a gallery (in the 3. OG) can be reached from the living room via a staircase. This is partly open to the living room: Here is a tandem bed and a reading & play area. In the lower part of the apartment is the bedroom with a double bed (single mattresses 90 x 200 cm), cozy under the pitched roof with sunlounger and a spacious bedroom closet. The modern shower room with underfloor heating was completely renovated in April 2019. The kitchen unit integrated into the living room was renewed in December 2013 and is well equipped: 4-zone ceramic hob, extractor hood, fridge with freezer compartment, large microwave, dishwasher, ... Full HD TV !!! Even on vacation should not be waived good picture quality. In the basement of the apartment house is a communal sauna, as well as community WM + WT (all coins).
