Guesthouse natural living

Our bright city house with real wood floor invites you to linger. On the terrace you can barbecue in summer or soak up the sun. The downtown or popular bike trails are accessible shortly. It's a very nice guest house (38 m², living/sleeping room, a kitchen both with real wood floor, bath with shower and a terrace). You live in a peaceful green urban infrastructure in the west of Erlangen. After a short walk (3 min.) you will find a local shopping center with pharmacy, bank, bakery, pizzeria, discounter (Rewe, Lidl), post office, etc. There is a LCD TV (24 inch) + a Amazon FireTV Stick. The guest house has a separate entrance, so you can enjoy your privacy. Access is barrier-free. Guests are given a key so they can leave the house and come back whenever they want. If you want, we may like to do something together, if it fits in time. We live next door and are happy to help you with any questions or requests. If necessary, the washing machine, dryer and the sauna can be used for a small fee . It's a quiet residential area with only local traffic. The area consists mainly of single-family homes. Bus station is in the near. Fully equipped kitchen, coffee maker (Nespresso pads), water heater, induction hob, microwave, towels, hair dryer, bed linen, DSL/WLAN are provided by us free of charge.
