Beautiful house with wonderful sea view terrasse and private garden

The place where the house is situated is very peaceful, in the high part of the village, with a wonderful sea view and surrounded by olive trees. Better to have a car, however you can reach the village and sandy beaches walking, just 10 minutes. In the village there are also different shops and a small supermarket. Commercial centers are reachable by car in a few minutes, everything is very close. The residence is composed by 6 little villas , each with independent garden. The house is situated a few meters over the sea level, and a few minutes walking to the village where there are shops. Going down walking is nice, while the path uphill is quite steep. The small beaches in the village are sandy and are good for children and adults. It is a very nice village, not big but an ancient village of fishermen, with many delicious restaurants and pizzerias, not expensive at all ( information available inside the house). The house has all the modern furnitures , including dishwasher, washmachine, microwave, electric oven, toaster, boiler, BBQ outside. Air conditionned in all the rooms and wifi (included in the price) There is a nice garden surrounding the house, and a big porch with table and chairs to eat outside, and 2 sunbeds (other 2 belonging to the house are available in the swimming pool). In the basement floor there are 3 bedrooms (1 with 2 single beds plus a fold able bed, 2 with double bed and in one there is a TV) and a bathroom with a big shower.. On the ground floor, there is the kitchen all equipped, the lovely living room with Sofa (with a charming Stone wall and ceiling), dining room, TV (with satellite aerial) and DVD reader, Internet WIFI connection, a bathroom with shower. There is a private parking place just in front of the house (for one car only. No other vehicles can access the cortyard). If you like biking, the new bike path extends through all the coast in between San Lorenzo al Mare and Ospedaletti, in the Imperia province, and it is really beautiful. The bikes can be rent in the village (Santo Stefano al Mare). I also suggest to visit the site dedicate to whalewatching in Liguria, this is an amazing experience for everyone: it is a journey with a small boat where they bring you to wait and watch the cetaceans, whales and dolphins. In the house there is the brochure anyway, with the number to reserve the day. I have seen dolphins and a small whale! Very nice villages to visit in the surroundings, such as Triora, Dolceacqua, Dolcedo, Badalucco, Sanremo is only 7 km and Cote D'Azur 25 km. Genova and Nice are 1 hour driving from the house. Railway station a few minutes away, buses and taxes available.
