Wellness at the forest edge, FEEL FREE

Our relaxation oasis on a hill offers 95 m2 of living space plus a garden lounge, cosiness and comfort. The own house floor with a separate entrance includes the use of two hectares of meadow - with direct access to the forest. This enables free movement and relaxation at any time, without mask or other restrictions. Whether for a break to recharge your batteries, enjoy cuddly togetherness, hikes in the Schöcklland region or shopping in Graz - our private country house stands for flexibility. The living room includes a spacious living-/dining room and a large bedroom including a table, as an additional work opportunity. The kitchen is a bit smaller, but fully equipped (oven, microwave, dishwasher). The apartment is rounded off by a beautiful bathroom with a large bathtub and a separate toilet. In the garden you can eat and read wonderfully or just make yourself comfortable and soak up the sun. All above described rooms on the ground floor of the house are available for the exclusive use of the guests. Likewise, the garden and the meadow around the house may like to be shared - in community with us. I leave free space to my guests, but I am available for questions. We live in the first floor of the same house, so questions and requests can be discussed personally and locally. Here you live close to the nature: not a favorite cafe or landmark characterize the neighborhood, but the vastness of the meadows, the chirping of birds and the sound of the wind in the forest. At the same time, however, the city center of Graz is only 12 km away and leaves no wish unfulfilled. Top restaurants, sights, culture and modernity - opera, mur-island, cinemas and shopping centers. Everything your heart desires, to be able to enjoy city flair and nigthlife while experiencing a very quiet and idyllic living atmosphere. Because our country house is a bit out of the way (the nearest bus stop is 1.5 km away), a private car or rental car would be very benefical. The next cafe / restaurant is located 2 km from us, to the nearest supermarket is about 5 km. Also for numerous excursion possibilities and enterprises, an own car is optimal. Such as, to visit our beautiful South Styrian wine country, to splash around in the East Styrian spas or to explore the Grazer Bergland / Teichalm. All mentioned destinations are approximately 45 minutes away in different directions. However, if only silence and nature are for you the mainreason to choose our flat, we will gladly accept a free pick-up for stays of five days or more and also return, from the train station or Graz-Thalerhof Airport, which is 35 minutes away.
