Efraim Guesthouse is located in the heart of Roça de Monte Café with panoramic views over the capital, just 15 minutes from the city of São Tomé. The Guesthouse is proud to provide comfort and quality in our hospitality service. Roça Monte Café is also home to Firma Efraim, a small coffee and cocoa producer, and the Efraim Restaurant, which is open all day and offers typical Santomean cuisine, with aromatic and natural meals from our land. We have two private suites that can be booked separately: The Coffee Room with a private bathroom and two single beds (can arrange them together for a double), and the Cacao Room with a small double and a private bathroom. Our Guesthouse also has a privileged patio for our guests with panoramic views to the Baía d’Ana Chave, the Capital, the airport, Ilhéus das Cabras, and the Roça Monte Café community, which is very welcoming. Guests have breakfast servings in the morning with no additional cost. In addition, customers can have lunch and dinner at the Efraim Restaurant, which is known for its artisanal and typical regional meals from Roça Monte Café (we have vegetarian options too). The menu includes 2 gourmet tasting starters, main course, and dessert including a coffee drink (check it out!). We also offer a Coffee Tour and a How-to-make-your-own-coffee experience for customers who want to get to know up close the culture and production process of the coffee we produce at Firma Efraim, (tasting included at the end of the Tour). Roça Monte Café is located approximately 7 miles (15km or 20min by car) to the famous Ôbo National Park, best known for its dense forests rich in biodiversity and for its waterfalls, such as the Cascata São Nicolau. The Efraim Team offers guided trails through the Park and among other rural facilities, where there are old coffee and cocoa plantation areas, quina, sweet cinnamon, and where there has been a lot of history. The Efraim Team is available to assist you in any way you need during your stay in Sao Tome and Principe, such as transfer/transportation services, luggage assistance, translations, local guides throughout the city and the neighborhood, etc. São Tomé is 22 km from Firma Efraim.
