Nice and family friendly villa close to Gothenburg

Welcome to this modern and nice villa located in the small town of Mölnlycke, only 15 minutes from Gothenburg city centre. The house is perfectly situated, just a few minutes walk from the bus station and the city center of Mölnlycke where you find supermarkets, restaurants, shops, library, pharmacy and many other facilites. Mölnlycke offers several recreational sites, forests and lakes with idyllic swimming areas and is easily combined with the big city offer of Gothenburg. This is a comfortable, nice and child friendly house of 145 sqm located in a quiet neighborhood in Mölnlycke. The house was built 2012 and has two floors and a carport and space for two cars. The small and nice garden offers a lawn, a terrace with sun all day long, various dinner tables and a barbeque set. Next to the villa is the neighbourhoods small common playground located. In this house three children aged 3-9 are living and toys will be free to use. The house consists of six rooms, two bathrooms and a fully equipped kitchen. Free fast wi-fi in every room, two cable – TV’s as well as an alarm system with smoke detectors on every floor. We also have an extra bed that we can make available upon request as well as child chair. Mölnlycke is a quiet and relaxed small town perfect for recreation. Within walking distance, you find several lakes and exercise areas. You can go swimming, hiking, running, fishing or canoeing. There are also several culturally valuable highlights such as Råda Säteri, Gunnebo Castle and Wendelsberg's nature, culture and recreation area. There is also a number of nice golf courses not far away. By car, it is less than 15 minutes to central Gothenburg. The bus station is less than 5 minutes walk from the house and the bus Green Express runs every 5 minutes in rush hour traffic. Gothenburg is Sweden´s second largest city, offering something for everyone. Excellent and varied shopping, first class restaurants, museums and an unique archipelago.
