Benecko Exclusive House

At 870m in the ski resort of Benecko in the Krkonose national park, we offer you exclusive lodging in our house. The house was built in 2016 and is well equipped. The house is located on the higher part of the village on a quiet road. The main ski lift is within 400m of the house. Benecko is known to be an excellent destination for families with a lot of different activities to do, but also the perfect location to visit other ski resorts close by. #fourseasonsbenecko The house has 3 floors with in total 6 bedrooms: 3 downstairs, one on the middle floor and 2 on the top floor. Additionally there is a large living room with fireplace, large kitchen and let us not forget the great view! The rooms downstairs have all access to the garden and have their own bathroom with floor heating. There is place for 3 people per room: 1 large box spring bed and one single sofa bed. On the same floor there is also a wellness located with both steam and dry sauna (price is based on usage). All downstairs rooms have TV’s and there is wireless internet in all the rooms. The middle floor has 2 living rooms, but when renting the full house, the smaller living room can be used as an additional bedroom with a proper sleeping sofa. This room has it's own bathroom as well. The whole middle floor has floor heating. Both living rooms have access to a large terrace with grill equipment, garden furniture and natural mountain view. The 2 rooms on the top floor are large and special & have a shared large bathroom with both shower and a jacuzzi bath. One of the rooms has a large comfortable double bed, the other room has 2 single beds and a kid's bed. The other room is often used for kids hence has a lot of kid's toys available for our guests. We can however remove these if required! We have 2 toddler beds we can place anywhere in the house. There are 2 entrances that can be used. You can divide the house in 2 entities if needed;) Parking is possible around the house, but in winter the amount of available places is depending on the amount of snow (e.g. max 4 cars). There is a public parking down the hill, a few minutes walk away. We are often in Benecko ourselves and will try to meet you at check-in and check-out (depending on the time of arrival and schedule). You can always call us at any time in case of issues or questions, we can chat via whats up. In case we cannot make it to meet you, we will tell you upfront where the key from the main entrance will be located. We speak Czech, Dutch, English and German. Even some Russian should be OK even if limited :) Quietly situated on the higher side of the village of Benecko, in the heart of the Krkonose Mountains, we offer you a relaxing stay in our house. The Krkonose Mountains, also known as the Giant Mountains, are a national park and protected by UNESCO. The river Elbe has its springs here, which makes it ideal for any type of outdoor sports, cycling (both mountain and race), hiking, skiing (both downhill and cross country), horse riding, climbing, water sports (fishing or boat) but there are also great golf courses in the area. If your more interested in adrenaline sports you can fly, bobsleigh or zorb. There are many events organized in the area for both adults and kids. In general Benecko is known to be the perfect place for families. All 4 seasons has its own charm and there is plenty to do. If the weather is good you have to get outside; you get the fresh unspoiled mountain air for free. If it is raining you can enjoy the wellness in the house or we can give you plently of tips on a 10 minutes car drive away. The best way to get to the house is by car. You can park next to the house and the area is considered to be very safe. If you're from outside the Czech Republic, you can also fly to Prague and rent a car. You can drive to the house in about 2.5 hours. If you're driving in winter, make sure you have proper winter tyres, some snow chains and/or a 4wheel if you want to get the car all the way up to the house. The road is regularly maintained, but better safe than sorry. There is public parking at 300m, you can always leave your car there and walk up the last part. In case you plan to use the wellness, please ask about it, we will explain in detail all related. This location, as part of a national park, is renowned for its air quality, and for being a recommended retreat for those suffering from respiratory problems. We often host families looking for a place where their children can spend some time breathing clean air as a relief from asthma and allergies. For this reason, we always strive to maintain a high standard of cleanliness in the home and avoid contact with allergens, such as animal hair. We are therefore unable to accommodate guests with animals, including assistance animals, as it could seriously endanger the health of our regular guests.
