La Rocco is a complex of two building, Seashore and Seabreeze, offering well appointed, spacious, comfortable self catering apartments in a variety of sizes for all families and couples set back in a relaxing and peaceful country/seaside location. We overlook the St Ouens Bay Beach which offers lots of water sports, surfing and wind surfing and there are a number of surf schools located on the beach. Our location also offers cliff path walks including one directly to Corbiere Lighthouse. La Rocco Apartments offers 5 different types of self-catering apartments ranging from 3 different one bedroom apartments and 2 different two bedroom apartments as listed below:- One bedroom apartments, type Violet 34 sqm and type Indigo 45 sqm both apartments with sea view (no balcony) and type Sienna 54 sqm with sea view and balcony. Two bedroom apartments, type Ochre 51 sqm sea view (no balcony) and type Ivory 108 sqm with sea view and balcony. **We have a special offer on across our 5 different apartments a 7 nights stay for the price of 6 between the periods of 01 May 2021 to 14th May 2021 and again between 19 June 2021 and 02 July 2021. This Listing is for the type Indigo apartment (45 sqm), sea view (no balcony) has one bedroom with 2 single beds, Living Room with double bed settee, open plan Kitchen/Dining area, TV. Bathroom has Shower. Services Provided = Welcome pack on arrival date, Bathroom towels (not beach towels) Apartment serviced twice in a week. Bedding will be changed at the end of each 7 night stay. La Rocco apartments are built on an incline and positioned over three floors (NO LIFT). All apartments involve stairs or steps and have front/land or side sea views. Apartments are available from 4pm and are to be vacated on day of departure at 10am. La Rocco are non-smoking apartments and does not allow pets. Large car park onsite so parking available. Also there is a small garden which guests can access offering seating and bbq area. There is usually someone available from the La Rocco team during reception/office hours which is between Monday to Saturday 9am to 4pm. The office is closed on a Sunday and therefore, no one from the La Rocco team will be available. The apartments at La Rocco are self-catering, there is close by a small beach takeaway and family friendly places to eat a long the beach (La Braye and El Tico.) There is also a golf course and children’s activities area nearby along St Ouens beach. We recommend hiring a car as the nearest supermarket, Waitrose’s, is slightly more than a 10 minute drive away and would be a 40 minute walk away. Liberty bus has a service the no,22 which comes past La Rocco Apartments There is only 5 buses in the whole day finishing at 18.28 La Rocco apartments are built on an incline and positioned over three floors (NO LIFT). All apartments involve stairs or steps and have front/land or side sea views. La Rocco Apartments also has a communal laundry room which contains a coin operated washing machine and tumble dryer which take GBP £1 coins.
