Beautiful spacious condo on the 7th floor with a big bedroom (double bed, twin bed with new mattresses). A combined amazing beautiful living room with a new sofa bed for two as well as an air bed, nice pictures and a 32" t.v on the wall as well as new buffet and coffee tables. Our Bathroom has a new modern sink, washing machine and bathtub with adjustable shower head. The kitchen has a new oven and refrigerator with a kitchen bar to enjoy your coffee, drinks and food along with an extra pullout table. I would prefer to do all that on table on the large balcony with an amazing view that you only see in your dreams; starting from seeing the city of Patras (buildings), the sunrise in the morning, as well as the sunsetting in the evening looking as if it is diving into the beautiful sea. The view you see from the balcony, since its on the 7th floor, (tallest building) you can see everything. The sea, many mountains, the city of Patras , nature below and one of the biggest ,longest, modern and beautiful bridges in Europe (weekends the lights are on) . The balcony has one small table and one large table for family or guest members as well as beautiful plants and wind chimes. All as seen in photos. Everything is in walking distance to shop ( fresh bakeries, fresh meat markets, super markets and fresh fruit markets) . Walking distance to the sea, port of Patras, coffee shops, night clubs, parks, clothing stores and all essentials. The Gulf of Patras ( Patraikós Kólpos) is a branch of the Ionian Sea. On the east, it is closed by the Strait of Rion between capes Rio, Greece and Antirrio, near the Rio-Antirio bridge , from there its all beaches, I prefer 17 minutes away Loggos beach very beautiful sea with night life attention its a village not a city. On the west, it is bounded by a line from Oxeia island to Cape Araxos, from where I live there is a warmer part of the sea Kalogria beach, it is near Olympia, an ancient site on Greece's Peloponnese peninsula, that hosted the original Olympic Games, founded in the 8th century B.C. Its extensive ruins include athletic training areas, a stadium and temples dedicated to the gods Hera and Zeus. The Archaeological Museum of Olympia exhibits finds from the site, including a statue of Hermes attributed to the sculptor Praxiteles.. To the north it is bounded by the shore of Aetolia-Acarnania in continental Greece, and to the south by Achaea in the Peloponnese peninsula. It is 40–50 km long, 10–20 km wide, and has an area of 350–400 km2. The port city of Patras lies to the southeast and is the only major port on the gulf. It serves ferries to Ancona and Brindisi in Italy along with Kefallonia. On the northern shore Missolonghi also has a port. There are beaches in the south, the east and parts of the north. The old ports of Rio and Antirio lie east of the Gulf, and there is a ferry service which complements the traffic over the Rio-Antirio bridge. The gulf is rich in fish. A number of major naval battles took place in the Gulf of Patras: the Battle of Patras in 1772, and the Battle of Lepanto in 1571, one of the largest naval battles ever fought.
