Large double room in a home, close to amenities

Located within a 3 minute walk of the beach, and even closer to the popular Sea View Street shops, cafes and bars This is one of two rooms possibly available (depending on bookings) in my home. My partner and I share our home with our 2 friendly dogs (a Labrador and a Border Terrier) and cats, and can offer a homely place to stay for work or leisure purposes. We have a fully-equipped kitchen, which you are welcome to use, a pleasant garden and two living rooms (one with an open fire). The location of the property is on the street leading to the popular Cleethorpes beach, and the room available is a large double with clothes storage We have hosted visitors who are in the area for pleasure and work, and happily accommodate longer-term shut down workers Guests are welcome to use the kitchen and living areas. The bedroom is private with a lock / catch on the door. You would be welcome to use the living room and the television in there. Also available is a pleasant sheltered garden. We are often around, so please do let us know if you require any recommendations or any reservations making Cleethorpes is a friendly town with plenty going on! You can eat out, drink cocktails or craft beer, and enjoy a variety of seaside activities all within walking distance There are plenty of busses locally, and the train station is a 10 minute walk away All parking is on-street (there is a council car park nearby), but it's easy enough to find a spot. We share our home with our two friendly dogs and 3 cats. We have been hosting guests since 2017 and love to meet the variety of people we host, however respect and appreciate if you prefer to keep your own company.
