Casa Toucan is at the end of a mountain road. Upon your arrival, an absolutely incredible view will greet you. It is so relaxing to look out over the valley into the ocean & watch the scenery as the day changes. Especially while enjoying the pool or lounging in a hammock. And the sunsets are breathtaking! The house is well appointed with a large kitchen, 2 full baths, a king bed in the master suite (which exclusively has an air conditioner) & a queen bed in the second bedroom. You will probably spend most of your free time on the patio. Offering comfy lounge furniture, hammocks, and of course the pool! The relaxing porch overlooks beautifully manicured gardens full of fruit trees as well the incredible panoramic view of the Pacific Ocean. Casa Toucan is a nature lovers paradise. Being situated so closely to mountains, jungle, small farms, lots of streams/rivers, waterfalls, and the ocean--it is wonderful. Constant bird watching opportunities with toucans, hawks, hummingbirds, aracaris, falcons, parrots, chacalacas, motmots, caracaras, and lots of other visitors. There is a cabina behind the house where the caretakers andrey & stephanie live. **Privacy is no issue what so ever.** But you have help & advice if needed. **4x4 vehicle recommended.
