The Annexe room

A recently refurbished self contained one double bedroom ensuite annexe, attached to main house with its own private entrance, generous hallway (enough for 2 bikes) and parking space. Tea/coffee and continental breakfast provided. Situated in a quite residential cul-de sac, only a ten minute walk from Wokingham Town Centre, with its wide range of eateries, shops and pubs. Wokingham Train station - 5 min taxi/20 min walk A newly refurbished modern, self contained Annexe. Ensuite bathroom with toilet, sink and shower. Desk with chair, fridge, wardrobe, and bedside table. Virgin T.V, and Wifi. Air conditioning unit. USB sockets. Guests can park directly outside the Annexe and enter through their own private door which leads into a large private hallway with space for, shoes (bikes) and a coat rack. We live in the main house so will be on hand to answer any queries guests may have Our Annexe is in a quiet residential street, ten minutes walk to the Town centre. There are numerous shops pubs, cafes and restaurants in Wokingham and we are ten minutes drive away from Bracknell Town centre with its newly regenerated shopping centre. Parking is free on our drive way and the train station is a 5 minute drive or 20 minute walk
