This is a really pretty cottage dedicated only for rental in a secluded position with a good sized private garden, within easy access of so much. A recently refurbished property to a high standard with cotton bed linen. It's a gorgeous cottage built as the workers cottage for the now residential pumping station next door. There are 3 bedrooms upstairs, one with a king size bed, one with 2 single beds and one with a double. Each have original fireplaces in the room. Downstairs is a dining room with wood burning stove, lounge, modern kitchen and bathroom with free standing bath and shower. Everything was new in 2019 including the heating. The entire property and garden are for your sole use. We live next door, so are available for any questions and to help in any way, but will leave you to enjoy your stay in un-interrupte unless you want otherwise. The property is found down a private unmade track and is surrounded by fields, however it's just a 40 minute journey to the centre of London, 10 minutes to Royal Tunbridge Wells and less than an hour to the coast. We have many historic buildings nearby including Penshurst place and Hever Castle as well as Numerous National Trust properties such as Ightham Mote, Chartwell, Scotney Castle, Sissinghurst and the beautiful village of Chiddingstone to name a few. There are lots walks near by but no public transport near the house. The journey to Tonbridge station is just a few minutes by car or taxi
