Outside you can enjoy a large lawn, with a beautiful view of the sea as well as a covered a covered terrace with a comfortable seating and barbecue area. The the nearest and most famous restaurant in the area is only 800 from the house, while other shops, restaurants, bars and cafes are within a radius of about 3 km. The nearest beach, Terrata, is 1.5 km from the property. 1,5 km from the property and along the coast there are many fine sandy beaches, such as Cala Sassari, Spiaggia Bianca, Son Aranzos, Cala Banana, Bados and many others.
