Dog friendly 4 bed near the country and Manchester

Modern 3 bedroom semi-detached house, situated near Millbrook country park, close to areas of natural beauty, Saddleworth and Dovestones. Stalybridge train station is a 5 minute drive away with transport links to Manchester and Leeds. Beds are allocated on numbers booked 1-2 guests = 1 bed 3-4 guests = 2 beds 5-6 guests = 3 beds 7-8 guests sofa bed in the kitchen/dining room, you will need to pull out the sofa bed and move the table up to the French doors to be able to do this. The Space: Set over 3 floors the house is warm and cosy. Downstairs there is a kitchen/dining room with a sofa bed plus the living room with underfloor heating. There is ample seating in the kitchen and a large sofa in the living room. There is a downstairs toilet, upstairs has two bedrooms and a luxury bathroom with bath and separate walk in shower. The top floor bedroom has an en-suite shower room and is decorated in a nautical style. Access to the whole property is included in the price, the only exception are the cupboards in the top bedroom and under the stairs in the kitchen where we store things. Outside you have access to the yard. There is ample parking provided in the adjacent private car park with space for 3-4 vehicles. The entrance to Millbrook Country Park is on the doorstep with lots of walks available. The property is self check in. However you will have our phone number and can contact us if there are any problems or questions. We are available locally should you need us for anything. The Neighbourhood: It’s a quiet residential area with a lovely couple next door so please no wild late night parties! Open countryside can be reached from the doorstep and also a short drive away you can get to Saddleworth, Uppermill and Dovestone Country Park. Manchester and Leeds can also be reached from the nearby train station, both only one stop away, around 10 minutes to Manchester. There are shops locally and a Tesco and Aldi a short drive away. Parking is available in our car park which is right next to the house. We are also on a bus route and not far from stalybridge train station which connects to Manchester centre in around 15 minutes. Bed configuration, King size in the top bedroom, double in the second and third bedrooms. There is a pull out double sofa bed in the kitchen. Please note we make up the beds according to the number of guests you book for, for example if you would like 2 beds you will need to book for 3 or 4 people, if you would like all 4 beds you will need to book for 7 or 8 people.
