This new build property (Aug 2018) also provides you with your own garden area directly in-between the Carriage House and the guest parking area, this is your own private outdoor entertaining space which includes a dining table, chairs, outdoor seating, barbecue & tools (charcoal etc is required) The Carriage House stands to the rear of our home a traditional Thatched Swedish Cottage in a parkland setting amongst many trees. The lounge and kitchen benefit from 4m high vaulted ceilings. The bedrooms 1 large with King size bed, 1 small with Queen bed, ideal for children as it's off the master, separated by 2 double wardrobes plus blackout curtains, in addition a bonus mezzanine sleeping level with double mattress which is NOT suitable for young children or the elderly. Oak Hardwood flooring throughout, Travertine tiled bathroom with bathtub and separate shower cubicle, washing machine and tumble dryer. You have remote control for the heating/air conditioning so you can be comfortable in summer or winter. Electric Car Charging available at ICA supermarket 2k You should plan to meet with us in person at check in 3pm to 7pm to collect keys (contact us to arrange a later arrival) and in person at check out, there is an Optional final cleaning fee of SEK1500 otherwise the house should be left just as it was provided at check in clean, tidy with no dirty dishes or recycling to do, all rubbish placed in the green/brown bins by the roadside. The house is provided with everything required in order for you to be able to do this, all used towels and bed linen should be left in the bathtub so we can then do all laundry and detail prep prior to the next guests. When you arrive the beds are made for you and there is fresh milk in the fridge so you can just make a coffee and relax. Guest access is restricted to the garden area directly in-between the Carriage House and the dedicated parking area, this is your own private outdoor entertaining space which includes a covered dining table & chairs, outdoor seating, barbecue & tools (charcoal required) Please note that the rest of the parkland, lower garden and outdoor decking forms part of our personal space and is private. Happy to help, just ask 👍 Our place is in a parkland setting with many trees and surrounded by beautiful open countryside with nice walks and cycle paths close by, yet only 3k from Ystad town centre and access to the beach. Ideally placed to enable you to explore the whole of the south coast of Sweden by car, only 1k to a large supermarket and 1k to the nearest bus stop, 1k to nature park, 3k to Ystad and the Beach. Traditionally in Sweden we take off our shoes indoors and we appreciate it if you do that too, Thank you.
