Cozy farmhouse between Utrecht and Den Bosch

Are you looking for a nice place to stay and from where you can explore the Betuwe? A day trip to Den Bosch, Utrecht or Gorinchem? Or enjoy cycling along the river Waal? Our farmhouse from 1889 is perfect for this. Completely renovated and equipped with all modern conveniences in atmosphere! The house of our farmhouse has been completely renovated about 9 years ago. The cozy kitchen can accommodate 6 people and is ideal for extensive cooking. In the kitchen there is a coffee bean machine. The dining room is a lovely bright room where you can dine with about 10 people and enjoy our house. The living room has a comfortable couch, a wood-burning stove, television and a large play corner for children. The living room also offers access to the garden through garden doors. On the 1st floor are located: Children's room #1: with a single bed where we can place an aerobed for two persons. Children's room #2: with a single bed (bedstead) in which also an adult can sleep. There is also the possibility to put this single mattress and the single mattress of children's room #1 together in this room. Bedroom #3 Master bedroom: this room has a double box spring. Bedroom #4: This room has a double bed and a cot for children up to 3 years. Bathroom: Our bathroom has a sink, toilet, bath and a large walk-in shower. You can use our living room, kitchen, play room for the kids, dining room, master bedroom with double bed, the 4 bedrooms on the 1st floor and the bathroom. When you rent the whole house, we won't be there ourselves. We are available by phone for questions and help of course. We will hand over the keys ourselves so that we can show and explain everything in peace and quiet. Haaften is a cozy and friendly village with a playground, supermarket, bakery and beautiful walking and cycling routes. In the summer you can even swim near the river de Waal. On different days of the week there are market stalls in the village such as a fishmonger, baker and greengrocer. In Haaften there is a bus connection to Geldermalsen and Gorinchem. The train station of Zaltbommel is a 14 min drive from our house. Our guests must be at least 25 years of age or older. Our house is located in a quiet area where it is appreciated when it is also quiet. We would like to contribute to this for our neighborhood. We also find it important when our guests have at least 2 or 3 reviews already on AirBnB.
