La Duna Ibiza Style Appartement

The luxurious appartment 'La Duna' (100 m2) is situated on the ground floor and has a spacious enclosed garden (115 m2), at the south-west (with a wooden picnic table and lounge chairs) and during the whole day you can enjoy the sun. From the living room (45m2) you have easy excess to the garden by 2 sliding doors. La Duna has all the comfort, including a Bluetooth speaker, HD-flatscreen TV (40 inch screen, incl. English, German and Dutch stations), free WiFi (250 Mbit/s), a washingmachine and dryer. In the kitchen you will find a dishwasher, combi microwave/oven/grill and a big fridge with a 4* freezer, a Nespresso coffeemaker , a milk frother & a regular coffeemaker. You can use, free of charge, the energy-efficient washing machine & dryer and there is LED lighting in La Duna. La Duna is suitable for the elderly / disabled persons and is also accessible for wheelchair users. The appartment has 2 bedrooms and a spacious bathroom with a sink, a separate shower and a bath (with thermostatic valves) and a separate toilet. And you can park your car at our private parkingspace. La Duna is located in apartment building 'Zee'. Zee has a closed central entrance, where also a defibrillator hangs. You enter La Duna through the private entrance. You can check-in at La Duna from 16.00 hrs. and you have to check-out before 11.00 in the morning. Address; Duinweg 13b-A1 1759 NW Groote Keeten (Callantsoog). In the 1st bedroom you find a bed for 2-persons with 1 matrass (180 x 200 cm.) There is a so-called memory foam top deck on this mattress, you can remove this if you prefer a harder mattress. In the 2nd bedroom are two singlebeds (each matrass 90 x 200 cm). You can choose from diverent type of pillows (pillow menu) and there are 4 quilts. And we also have a babybed available, only on request. There is a bicycle storage facility in the common lockable storage room. Small pets are allowed, euro 35,00 per stay. You have to give us notice in advance. We have an enclosed garden. Bath-, Kitchentowels and bedlinnen are for rent but you can bring your own. For only euro 25.00 per person you can rent towels, kitchen linen and bed linen. Then you do not have to bring anything with you and you will receive 2 towels, 1 bath towel, tea towels and kitchen towels, guest towels, bath mats, duvet covers and fitted sheets. Final cleaning € 70,00 (mandatory) Tourist tax € 1,35 pppn We also recommend that you will travel with a cancellation and travel insurance for your travelgroup and yourself. You do not pay a damage deposit when booking. However, you remain responsible for all claims up to EUR 750.00. Any damage amount will only be debited from your card if damage has been detected. You will receive a claim for damage within 14 days of your departure. Smoking is not allowed in La Duna, this also applies to candles and tea lights. No open fire is allowed on the terrace and in the garden, this also applies to bbqs and fire pits. The beach of Groote Keeten is one of the widest beaches in the Dutch North Sea coast and is situated at just 200 meters, behind the widest dunes of the Netherlands. Callantsoog and Julianadorp are about 4 km. away from Groote Keeten and there you can find several shops and restaurants and most of them are openen on Sunday as well (April untill October). The supermarket is opened daily from 08.00 untill 22.00 hrs.
