Cosy home for the large family

The house consists of 2 master bedrooms, 2 bedrooms for children, a large living room and a little garden. The house is situated close to the sea as well as various forests. Copenhagen and Helsingør are only aprox. 20 min away by train. Nestled between Copenhagen and Helsingør (20 min. by train), close to scenic landscapes and beaches (5 min. by bike), this 140 m2 house is perfect for the large family or group of friends, which would like to stay close to everything, though in a more homely manner. The house consists of the following four rooms: - A master bedroom with a King size bed (180 cm). - A guest room with a queen size pull-out bed (180 cm). - Two children's rooms with beds for a 0-3 and 4-8 year old respectively. Furthermore the house have a large living area, two bathrooms (1 with a bathtub and douche), and a scullery. Lastly the house has a wooden terrace - perfect for an evening bbq. Additionally we can provide one fold-out baby crib and a mattress for a child aged 4-8, so the total number of children can be four. Three bikes and a bicycle trailer, which fits two toddlers (0-5), will also be at your disposal free of charge. A child-friendly area with a lot of different playgrounds, footballfields, a pétanque and tennis court. Usely we will not be around during your stay as we are living in the house and therefore only rent it out when we are gone ourselves. Though we are always online and can be contacted via phone, sms, e-mail etc. 800 m. to nearest beach (Mikkelborg). 3,5 km. to a child-friendly beach (Nivå Strand). 4,5 km. to a cosy and lively habour with a lot of cafes/restaurants (Rungsted Havn). 7 km. to the renowned museum for modern arts Louisiana. 15 km. to Helsingør (Kronborg Castle). 20 km. to Hillerød (Frederiksborg Castle). 25 km. to Copenhagen. 25 km. to Helsingborg (Sweden). The nearest train station (Kokkedal) is aprox. 1 km. from the house which will take you to Malmø/Copenhagen/Helsingør every 20 minutes. Free parking outside the house. Pillows, Duvets, towels and bedsheets are provided free of charge.
