Colle della Selva is a totally independent farmhouse surrounded by greenery, located at the gates of Abbateggio, a village included in the list of the most beautiful in Italy and in Europe. The property consists of three apartments, each with independent entrance: 2 of these of 50sqm each and comprising a double bedroom, bathroom with all comforts and a lounge with adjoining kitchen. The third, of 100sqm, comprising a double bedroom, a second triple bedroom, kitchen and living room. All apartments have a fireplace. Colle della Selva is the perfect place for those who want to enjoy nature and absolute relaxation without sacrificing privacy; in addition, you can visit the magnificent surrounding villages (Abbateggio, Roccamorice, Caramanico and its magnificent spas), or opt for one of the many excursions that will take you to discover the beautiful landscapes of the Majella National Park; or still enjoy, during the winter, the ski slopes of the Lanciano-Majelletta area which are only 20 minutes from the hotel or the sea in the summer season, which is only 30 minutes from Colle della Selva.
