The Coach House

A charming recently converted stable/coaching house tucked away peacefully with superb views over the Surrey Hills, an area of ANOB. This fantastic property comprises a wonderful vaulted reception room with wood burning stove, bright dinning area, well equipped kitchen, utility area, and two good sized bedrooms. Ewhurst has its own cricket green and village shop. There are nearby leisure facilities, golf courses, walks and renowned cycle routes; and is 30 minutes drive from J10 of the M25/A3. Guests are able to walk within the 16 acre grounds, which include 4 ponds. There is also a tennis court available for use. There is plenty of off-road parking adjacent to the Coach House. I am available to guests, either by phone, text, or email, or in person as I live next door. I'm happy to offer advice on how best to enjoy the Surrey Hills, and take advantage of all the services and facilities in the area. The Coach House is situated in the Surrey Hills which is in an area of Outstanding Natural Beauty. It is on the lower slopes of Pitch Hill, and is close to Leith Hill. The neighbouring villages are Cranleigh, Peaslake, Shere, Abinger Hammer, Gomshall, Forest Green, and Bramley. And it is mid-way between Guildford and Dorking. On a good run by car, it is 45 minutes to Heathrow, and 35 minutes to Gatwick, and 90 minutes to central London. A car is a necessity, but there is a bus service from Ewhurst village which is about a 10 minute walk away. The Surrey Hills are a wonderful walking and biking area. There are local taxi services, and Guildford and Gomshall have regular train service to London. As the Coach House is in the countryside, a car is a necessity. The main property is situated in close proximity to the Coach House.
