Access to garden, shared large driveway with owners, possibility of petting horses etc if that's guest preference, but no need to be close up with animals if not required.. Owners live on site so available to meet and greet on most occasions and answer any questions. only one hour on train to London from Sittingbourne which is a short drive away, near to Elmley bird reserve and a couple of miles from the Minster Leas seafront. Farmshop with snacks, fish, bakers and butchers shops half a mile up the road. Ferry Inn about 8 miles away. Only few miles easy access to A249, so easily accessible to M20 and M2, nearest small train station only few miles away. Footpaths close by but no pavements on main road, so car is essential. Less than an hour drive to get to Canterbury, Maidstone, North Downs, Dover, Folkestone, and only hour travel by train to London stations. 40 minutes drive to Bluewater shopping Centre and Ebbsfleet station for highspeed 20 minute train to Westfields and St Pancras. There is no oven in the annex or washing machine.
