Exclusive private double loft room, 30 mins from central London. Located in leafy North Chingford on the cusp of the stunning Epping forest. Fully furnished with large private en suite bathroom incl. bath/shower, double basin & toilet. Free Wifi & off street parking. BOOKING REQUIREMENTS: As we are a family home we do require the guest making the booking to have at least 1 form of offline verification & valid profile picture(selfie). NOTE: The room is not suitable for long term bookings. The room is spacious, measuring approx. 4.3 x 6.2m, carpeted throughout and fully furnished with a large kingsize bed, chest of drawers, 2 arm chairs and a 40" TV all ideally located in the loft/attic space for complete privacy and comfort. The high ceiling is complimented by 2 large Velux windows to the front and a wide floor to ceiling window with Juliette balcony stretching almost the entire width of the rear wall. This creates a bright, warm and open feel to the room. The private and exclusive en-suite bathroom contains a large bath/shower, toilet, double sink and heated towel rail. A large travel cot is also available free of charge for those travelling with an infant. Warm and inviting, this room is ideally suited for those requiring the modern comforts of home while away from home. If you're a travelling businessman, consultant, small family or just looking for a quite, comfortable and relaxing place to stay for work or pleasure, then this room is for you. In addition to the room, guests have access to the kitchen, family lounge, dining room and garden. Free off street parking for one car is also available. North Chingford is situated at the southern tip of the Epping forest a mere 10 minutes from J26 of the M25 and 30 minutes by overland train from Central London. The high road is welcoming with a variety of boutique stores, coffee shops and plenty of inviting restaurants to satisfy all tastes. Tesco Express and the Co-Op ( also located on the High Rd ) are open 7 days a week should you need any essentials. The London Olympic park and Olympic Stadium is just 40 mins by bus or 25 mins by car or underground. Westfield Stratford City shopping centre is also located adjacent to the Olympic park. Epping forest is a short 10-15 minute walk away or 3 mins by car. Parking in the forest is free of charge. If golf is your thing, then do give the Chingford golf course and the West Essex golf course a play. Both are highly recommended and just a few minutes away. Also a short drive away is Gilwell Park, the headquarters for Scouts UK and a popular wedding venue. Chingford Overland station is a 10-15 min walk from the house. Chingford Station is 25/30 mins from London Liverpool Street station in the heart of the city. Stratford City/London Olympic park is 45 mins away using the local bus service. Access to/from the A406 North Circular is approx. 5 mins and the M25 ( J26 ) approx. 10 mins. Communication is king! Please keep us well informed of your anticipated arrival time and departure time.
