Bright and cosy double

Recently modernised open plan terraced house. Bright and sunny room handy for the two theatres and for visiting one of the many places to eat or watch a band. Walking distance from the town centre and railway station. Handy for Bus stop to the new University Campus at Waterside. (No 19 bus)Access to WiFi. Please note, I do not supply breakfast but kettle & tea/coffee provided in room. I am looking to rent on a Monday to Friday basis longer term. There are no pets living in the premises.Please message me for more details. Please note, I have recently had a " Ring" doorbell installed. You can use the kitchen to cook or reheat meals. There is a breakfast bar to eat at. There is a shared bathroom with rainhead shower and shower wand. The garden can be used if you wish to smoke. You can contact me from 2pm until 7pm and 10pm until 6am by text. (I work nights). I'm not available in the mornings Tuesday to Saturday. I have lived here for nearly 16 years. It is handy for theatres , the town centre and its many pubs and bars. It is also walking distance to the railway station . If you drive, it is very close to motorways and other main roads (A45). The neighbours are pretty quiet and keep themselves to themselves. I've been very happy living here. Number 19 bus from Barrack Road to Waterside Campus. (Uni) 10-15 minutes walk from Northampton Railway Station. 15-20 minutes walk from Town Centre. If you drive, very close to M1 (North and South) , A45, and other main roads. I have recently had a request for a parent & a child to stay. My house isn't really suitable for children and the room is not really big enough for an active child. It wouldn't be fair to ask a young child to be quiet because I am sleeping after a nightshift. Normal "getting up in the morning" noises do not seem to wake me. To summarise, regrettably, I have to say "no children" sorry. Also, I'm afraid no pets. Sorry. Recent addition... "Ring" doorbell.
