Quiet and residential area 7 minutes walk from the metro station. A beautiful riverside park is at 3 minutes from the house. A restaurant is at 5 minutes walk, whereas a local ASDA and Aldi are at 10 minutes walk together with other shops including a Subway, a Lloyds pharmacy, Booths, etc. Great area for public transportation: a metro station is available within 7 minutes walk as well as several bus stops. It takes around 15 minutes to Newcastle Central by Metro and about the same time to South Shields. A big, lovely and peaceful riverside park is at 3 minutes walk. The park is ideal for walking and cycling.
