Enjoy our room in this recently renovated mansion. You can expect a light, spacious and minimalistic interior while our plants take care of the natural touch. Our house lies at the border of the city centre. You can do everything by foot. While very close to the centre, we are also close to the city’s green lung; the park and the canal connecting Mechelen to Leuven. You can also combine your stay with a relaxing massage in-house! You will be booking an entire floor in our renovated mansion. There is a bedroom, living room and private bathroom including a rain shower. Besides clean towels and sheets on our kingsize bed we also offer free coffee, tea and water! You will have access to a full floor in our house. This will be your private suite during your stay. It is the first floor of our house and can be reached via our communal hallway. Needless to say we take care of the necessary precautions concerning the virus. When we have guests we are always in close proximity of our house and thus available in person or at least via telephone. We enjoy sharing dining tips and things to do in the city we love most. In the room you will also find a map of the city and a list of our preferred restaurants and cafes. This lovely unit is on the verge of the city centre. Close to all amenities and most cultural activities. A short walk will take you to the cosy fish market; a place full of bars and restaurants. You can find more tranquility in the city’s green lung, also on walking distance from our home. For more tips, I suggest you come and have a look at our tourist map :) You can park your car in front of our house. Because of the proximity to the city centre, these are paying parking spots. But the prices are very reasonable. A little further (500m) from our house there are other free parking zones. The train and bus station is only a 10 minute walk from our front door. There is a good connection from the city’s station to our international airport in Brussels as well. If you come by bike, we can store them in our hallway during your stay for optimal safety. We are aware of the precautions we need to take to tackle the corona-virus. We will keep our distance when checking in. You will be given a key to enter the house on your own so physical contact is restricted to a minimum. The room will be thoroughly cleaned to guarantee a safe stay.
