The Hay Loft @ The Old Barn is on the top floor of a converted Coach House set in 14 acres of beautiful Sussex country side. Offering a comfortable king size (or 2 Singles ) a kingsize sofa bed, shower room, toilet and kitchenette (fridge, sink, kettle and microwave), smart TV and wifi. The Hay Loft is accessed via its' own staircase and is the perfect place for a staycation. Price per night is for 2 people - 2 children under 12 go free - up to 2 additional adults are charged at an extra £10pp The Hay Loft is a light and airy studio space. There is a small balcony you can sit out on if the weather is nice - two friendly labradors and a cat do roam the grounds and will come and say hello. A BBQ is available if needed We will be here to welcome guests - even if there is a late arrival and will leave you alone to enjoy the peace and quiet. We live on the property in the adjoining house and can help with most requests The Hay Loft @ The Old Barn is in the beautiful West Sussex countryside, close to the Surrey Hills and the South Coast. There are lots of lovely walks, sights and great country pubs. Horsham is the nearest town with restaurants, cinemas and boutiques. There is also an astro-turf tennis court with a ball machine, which is available for guests - please contact me for prices. It's best to arrive by car or taxi as The Hay Loft is far from public transport. We can arrange a taxi service if you are without wheels. Close to Horsham and only 20 mins from Gatwick Airport, guests are welcome to leave their car (for a small fee) if going on holiday. The two single beds can be made into a super kingsize bed - let me know after booking
