Light, airy, open-plan, inviting family home with modern decorating. Sleeps 8 comfortably. Plenty of entertaining and outdoor space. Beautiful big deck and views. Walking distance to St. Andrews Prep, College, DSG. Our home is a big, open-plan, light-filled space to make yourself and family comfortable. We are located on a quiet cul-de-sac overlooking the College U14 cricket pitch. The sleeping space is as below Bedroom 1: King-size bed Bedroom 2: Queen-size bed Bedroom 3: Two twin-size beds Bedroom 4: King-size bed ensuite Bathroom 1: shower Bathroom 2: shower Bathroom 3: ensuite shower and bathtub Sliding doors in the open-plan lounge/dining/kitchen provide lots of fresh air. Wood-burning stove in lounge provide warmth. Wall heater panels in all bedrooms. Gas weber braai plus brick built-in braai. Kitchen with gas stove, electric oven, fridge/freezer, microwave, dishwasher, clothes washing machine, clothes tumble dryer. Lounge with one TV with DSTV Premium. Fiber wifi. Two parking spaces within property, free on-street parking. Security beam system indoor and exterior, palisade fencing with razor-wire around entire property. There is a separate-structure flat at the back of property occupied by a long-term renter. 10,000L rainwater tank with pressure pump for loss of city water periods. Note NO generator or alternate power source for load-shedding/power loss. There is a separate flat at back of property with fenced-in yard. This area is privately occupied by a tenant and not available for guests to use. The two parking spaces in front of flat garage are not available for guests to use. Owner available on WA number at all times and my housekeeper will assist in-person with any house issues during your stay. One block from St. Andrews Prep, beautiful quiet neighborhood with great views and breeze. Housekeeper will come once within every four days included in rental price. He is available for additional days at guests expense of R250 per day.
