Cliff top beach house near Brighton

We are situated on the cliff top in Peacehaven with amazing views of the sea. We are an open friendly home with a relaxed atmosphere where everyone is made very welcome. The room is quiet and peaceful with a Scandinavian feel. It's perfect for everyone who wants to get away from it all or for those who wish to head into Brighton for work or pleasure (Brighton is only 15 minutes by bus). We have beautiful walks on our doorstep and easy access to areas of natural beauty such as cuckmere haven. In the room there is a comfortable double bed, wardrobe space and a small television. There is also a kettle for tea, coffee etc.. Access to the room itself, and a shared bathroom. Access to the kitchen at breakfast time where a continental breakfast will be provided. I like to give my guests space but also I am at hand either in person or by phone for any questions or help We are located right next to a park and the clifftops, so you can enjoy a walk along the cliff top or under cliff and beaches. There are many local shops within walking distance for your convenience including a coffee shop and newsagents at the end of the road. Cash points and banks are also available within a short walking distance. We are located a 30 second walk away from the nearest bus stop. The number 12 bus route takes you straight into Brighton, ( be aware do not get on the 14 bus as it goes all around Peacehaven). Alternatively in the other direction towards seven sisters and Eastbourne. A continental breakfast is provided. We also have a cat. We have a driveway that is available for use. The security deposit will only be taken if there is any damage to my home. This is not charged upon booking.
