It is 800m from the center and the nearest beaches and has a private parking. The visitor who is coming by car can easily access all the beaches around Parga (Valtos, Lichnos, Sarakiniko, Sivota, Karavostasi, Ammoudia, Vrachos, Loutsa...). Close by (100 - 150m) you can find restaurants and super market. This ιs a comfortable studio. With a large double bed, + 1 sofa. It has a kitchen located in a separate area, and a very comfortable bathroom with shower. It has its own private large balcony with a garden view. The apartment is located on the same floor with two more apartments. There is an outdoor area that offers Parking spaces, with a specific parking location for apartment number three. I try discreetly to make my presence felt in the area af the apartments, so that i am always available for any guest who has any questions or needs me. Our neighborhood consists of small accommodations and family hotels, in a green area surrounded by many olive trees. It is easily accessible from the main road, and does not present a traffic problem, in contrast to the narrow picturesque streets of the center. Our accommodation is only 10 minutes walk from the center of Parga, where the port, bus station and the taxi stand are located. It is very easy for anyone who has a car, to drive to all the beaches and the neighboring villages. This way avoiding the heavy traffic of the center of Parga. Parking is available inside the property. -In response to the coronavirus (COVID-19), additional safety and sanitation measures are currentlyin effect at this property. - The cleaning of all the rooms surfaces outside areas of the accommodation is done with care and with the use of approved cleaning and disinfecting products. - The sheets and towels are washed in our space, at hight temperatures and with the use of approved products and are also ironed in our space.
