Lovely basement apartment with own bathroom!

I rent a modern, newly furnished basement apartment in Niendorf. The subway is within 10 minutes walking distance (20 minutes driving time to the main station). The house is located at the Niendorf Markt with all shopping facilitys and a nice little pedestrian zone. Beautifully you can walk along a river in the city. The apartment has a small cooking facility with simple cooking (2 hotplates / oven and microwave) and is equipped with all the important things needed to provide yourself. A refrigerator is available. The bed has a pleasant 160cm in which one or two people has a wonderful place to sleep. Wardrobe, chest of drawers and a bedside table offer enough space for clothes. A desk with an office cabinet provides space for working on the laptop. The cable TV provides some international TV channels in english and french. Additionally NETFLIX and Amazon Prime ist available in German and in English. A sofa invites you to linger in front of the large cable TV. A washing machine and a tumble dryer are available for sharing. The apartment is accessed by a common entrance of the house, but is in the basement a closed area for itself with its own bathroom, a small corridor and a comfortable living and dining area. The washroom / utility room just across the corridor, can be used for laundry, drying and ironing. (Washer / dryer) I am on site all the time and maintain a good contact via the telephone (messenger) with the guests. The apartment is particularly suitable for those who do not want to go directly to the city center, which is 19 minutes away. Right next door is a hiking trail which leads directly into the Niendorfer Gehege, or to the Alster. (Citycenter) In 15 minutes a lake can be reached, which is beautifully situated in a forest. Subway station "Niendorf Markt" with "U2-Red Line" 10 min away by foot. 20 Min driving time with the subway to main rail station or citycenter. Harbor 23 min. The airport is just 15 minutes by bus away, or you can take a taxi for about 20,-€. University and libary 20 min by bus. There is also a parking space free right in front of the apartment. Check In/Out is flexible and depends on rental before and after your stay. If the apartment is not rent for other guest on the day of your check out, you can stay to 06:00pm if you like.
