Upon availability it can get combined with the Traditional Cottage in Zacharo Ground Floor flat and accommodate up to 9 guests! The house entrance has plenty of parking space. There are some stairs leading to the main entrance of the house which consists of 2 bedrooms, 1 bathroom, a large kitchen, dining area and a spacious living area with a flat screen TV. The house is airy, bright and fully equipped. There is an air conditioning unit covering the living room, kitchen and dining area. In the bedrooms there are 2 fans for the summer days (at nights it can get a little bit cooler during summer time). For the winter time the house has a fireplace with plenty of wood and heating radiators. All bedrooms and bathroom have just been renovated with new furniture and mattresses. The 1st bedroom has a queen bed (160x200cm) and the 2nd bedroom has a double bed (150x200cm). The 3rd bed is in the living area and is a couch that is becomes a 115x200 bed. The bathroom has clean towels , toilet paper, and toiletries including shampoo and shower gel. Cleaning products and detergents are also available in the bathroom for guests to use. The kitchen is fully equipped with a whole range of pots and pans, dinnerware and cutlery. Variety of spices and other important things to cook are also available to use. There is also a small dishwasher which makes cleaning easier. The house is built on 4 acres of private land surrounded mostly by olive trees. There are also orange, lemon, mandarin, loquat and peach trees around the house. The land surrounding the house is available for exploring! You will be greeted by the housekeeping lady who will provide you with the key and give you some useful tips regarding the home. Chances are I won't be there to greet you but I'm sure you will have a wonderful stay! This property is located on the main road of Pyrgos-Kyparissia which makes it easy to find and ideal for travelling during the daytime.
