New build as of Nov 2019. Perfect and affordable place to stay just outside of London. A Comfy New Queen Bed ready made. Built-in wardrobe and Chest of Drawers in the room. Your own Private Bathroom. Use of the Kitchen and Living Room with TV is the Shared space with myself. High Speed Wifi. Ockendon Train station is an 8min walk which takes 30mins to Central London. Parade of Shops is a 15min walk. Huge Lakeside Shopping Centre is 2.3m away, easy access by car, train or bus. Feel free to chat or hang out if I'm in the Living Room. I'll leave you to it just in case you prefer not to be disturbed but I'm nearly always to hand. If I'm in my room feel free to knock but I might be working so will respond ASAP. There is a train station and bus stop near by so a car isn't necessary. However a car is always easier but my location is great either way.
