My home is beautifully looked after and clean. Location wise, it's within walking distance of historic Downham Market and the train station, so it's super convenient for our London guests. I take great pride in making this a comfortable space and I'm never far away if you have any questions about the house. Downham Market, itself has all the amenities to hand, walks, swimming pool, pubs, shops etc and within 15-20 miles lies Royal Sandringham and the beautiful Norfolk coast. Modern comfortable home with everything you need (hopefully). Awaiting new sitting room gas fire, which is just really aesthetics as house has had a new efficient gas boiler installed this year. Room for two cars on drive. Railway and bus station within 10 min walk Quiet cul de sac position so no passing traffic. Short walk to train station or facilities that Downham Market has to offer. Supermarkets, eateries, bakers pubs etc Room for 2 cars on private drive. Train and bus stations, though in different directions, less than 10 min walk
