Welcome to our cozy and lovingly furnished approx. 70m² holiday home, which is equipped for 5 people. The property is completely fenced, about 1.10m high and has a size of about 350m². The house is located in Kappeln, in a small holiday home area, 200m to the loop and 7km from the Baltic Sea beach. From the hall on the ground floor you enter the bathroom on the left, which is equipped with a shower / toilet and washing machine. On the right is a bedroom with a single bed. Furthermore, on the ground floor you will find the living / dining room, equipped with TV, WiFi, various games, a comfortable leather corner couch and dining room furniture. The stove provides cozy warmth on cold days. From the dining area you enter the south-facing terrace. There is patio furniture, awning and the grill. The integrated fitted kitchen includes an oven, microwave, fridge / freezer, dishwasher, coffee machine, kettle, toaster and all kitchen utensils. A staircase from the living area takes you to the upper floor. There are two bedrooms with double beds. One bedroom has a covered loggia and faces south. On request, we have a baby cot and high chair ready for you. A bed linen package with 1 bath towel and 2 towels can be booked for € 13 per person. The house is equipped with electric heating and a fireplace. A parking space is located directly on the property. Dogs are also very welcome.
