Enjoy a fishing getaway or relax with the whole family at this peaceful lake house with a waterfront view. Located 5 min from Warsaw and a short distance from other area attractions, this spacious home has 3 bedrooms, 2.5 bathrooms and accommodates 15 guest. It comes with fully equipped kitchen, coffee bar, TV, washer/dryers, bbq, covered deck, private drive w/carport. It also comes with free access to the boat ramp close by, kayaking and use of our private covered dock. Boat rental available. The first bedroom has a king bed with a private master bath and a spacious walk-in closet. It also has a queen Murphy bed for additional sleeping arrangements. The Laundry area is located down the hall and is furnished with laundry soap and dryer sheets. It has an additional half bathroom by the back door entry that leads out to the carport. Down a short set of stairs leads to the kitchen that has all you need for meal prep and it includes a fully stocked coffee bar to get your mornings started. Relax outdoors under the covered deck that has a seating area and dining area with a beautiful view of the water. This lake house sits in a rural valley that is landscaped by natures trees and water. You can also enjoy the view from inside at the dining room table or from the spacious living room with a large window. If you choose to stay inside, there is a tv with Apple TV and a DVD player. In this area you will also find family games to play. It has a recliner and two sofas, with one being a sofa bed. Bedroom 2 has a queen bed on one end of the room and a trundle bed with 2 twin beds on the other side of the room. This room can be divided into two areas with the room divider curtains on a track, on each side, if more privacy is needed. Bedroom 3 is small but cozy with a queen bed. There is also a queen air mattress cot provided and stored in the master suite walk-in closet if additional space is needed. We also provide an infant pack-n-play with a sheet. A private driveway and carport is also available, along with street parking if pulling a boat/trailer. There is another full bathroom that has a closet with another clothes dryer and more towels. Shampoo, conditioner, hand soap, body wash, hair dryers, first aid kits, paper towels and toilet paper is also provided. For those who want to spend their time relaxing on the water: fishing, swimming, boating or kayaking, there is a community boat ramp/launch with free access and no waiting in long lines. 4 Kayaks are available for guest to use, along with life vest. Guest will also have access to our private covered boat slip/dock. A deck boat that accommodates 12 people is also available to rent, if interested please contact me. Pet are allowed with pre-approval and an additional pet fee that must be paid prior to check-in day. We ask that you keep them on a leash and clean up outdoor messes or incur additional fees. There are retractable gates located on the front deck and the kitchen area. Guest will have access to the entire house and yard, with the exception of the locked Utility/Supply room. Wifi access available. No keys to lose or to return! This property provides secure, keyless entry with an August Smart Lock. You can lock and unlock the door with your smartphone, using a unique virtual key, or personal entry code issued to you for the duration of your stay Guest are also permitted access to our private boat dock during their stay. Launch your boat with ease and without waiting in long lines by having direct access to the community boat ramp. I can be contacted by phone or email. It is surrounded by Lake of the Ozarks and Truman Lake with gorgeous tranquil views. There is an abundance of trees and wildlife and friendly locals to make you feel welcome. Pets are allowed with a pre-approval for an additional charge that must be paid prior to check-in day and outdoor pet messes must be picked up/appropriately discarded or incur additional fees. No Parking in the front yard. If more space is needed there is free street parking. No parties allowed. The pack-n-play and queen air mattress cot are stored in the master suite walk-in closet. Extra towels are stored in bathroom closets. Extra sheets, blankets and pillows are stored in master suite closet. Cleaning supplies are stored inside all of the sink cabinets. Life jackets are made available, please be safe and wear them. Please respect the spaces made available and the surrounding community. Please do not enter other private docks, only the one you have been given access to.
