Cozy little house in Ioulida - Kea

A small cozy apartment on the first floor of a Cycladic house at the top of the traditional village of Ioulida. It's ideal to host up to 3 persons for relaxing holidays. Features 1 bedroom with a double bed, a sitting room, kitchen with 1 sofa bed and a bathroom. It has a small balcony in front of the sitting room offering a lovely view to the hills at the north and the sea. It also has a terrace at the entrance of the house. Full access to the entire first floor of the house. The house is in a quiet neighborhood close to a bakery and Super Market and one can reach it either by car or through the picturesque alleys of Ioulida. The house is located in the “Sineterismos” area of Ioulida (Chora), which is the highest point of the settlement, and is accessible both by car and on foot through the alleys of Chora. Near the house there are free parking spaces. The tap water is good for cooking and washing but not for drinking, bottled water is advisable.
